The Hannibal Community Theatre will be holding its Annual Meeting on September 23,  starting at 4 pm, at the Theatre located on the corner of 6th & Lyon Sts.  Yearly dues will be collected at that time.  Dues must be paid before the elections to be able to vote.  We will discuss what has been accomplished over the previous year, our expectations for the upcoming year, the presentation of the Marilyn Douglas Award and last but not least elections.  There are four vacancies to fill.
